摘要 时代越是向前发展,人才在企业经济发展中的作用就越发突出。近年来,伴随着科学技术发展的日新月异,企业经济发展对人才的依赖程度也逐渐加深,在这一背景下,企业越来越关注员工培训与企业经济发展的良性互动关系。基于此,本文重点探讨员工培训与企业经济发展之间的互为依赖、互相促进、密不可分的关系,以期实现员工培训与企业经济发展之间的健康、可持续互动发展。 The more forward the times are,the more prominent the role of talents in the economic development of enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the dependence of en⁃terprise economic development on talents has gradually deepened.In this context,enterprises pay more and more attention to the positive interaction between staff training and economic development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the mutual dependence,mutual promotion and inseparable relationship between employee training and enterprise economic development,so as to realize the healthy and sustainable interactive de⁃velopment between employee training and enterprise economic development.
