Spatial and Temporal Evolution Characteristics of Cross Border E-Commerce Network Attention

本文基于2014—2019年百度指数的数据,采用弹性系数和地理集中度2个指标,分析中国跨境电商网络关注度的时空演进特征。研究发现,中国跨境电商网络关注度随时间呈增长趋势,且受边际效应递减规律影响趋于平稳状态。据地理指数来看东部地区在全国范围内的聚集程度最为显著。由于政策上的支持,数字化的发展和综合试验区在全国范围内的增设,三大地区的时空差异变小,发展趋于稳态。据此,本文针对跨境电商行业未来发展提出相关建议。

Based on the data of Baidu Index in 2014-2019, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the attention of cross-border e-commerce network in China are analyzed by using two indexes, namely, elasticity coefficient and geographical concentration. The research finds that the concern of cross-border ecommerce network in China is increasing with time, and the law of diminishing marginal effect tends to be stable. According to the geographical index, the concentration of eastern region is the most significant in the whole country. With the support of policy, the development of digital and the increase of comprehensive experimental area in the whole country, the space-time difference of the three regions becomes smaller and the development tends to be stable. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of cross-border e-commerce industry.
