40多年来改革开放政策的发展与成就将中国在世界舞台上的地位推向了更高处,我们与世界的对话也在日益增多。但要打造"开放、包容、均衡、普惠"的区域化经济合作架构,顺应经济全球化的世界发展潮流,需要更多国家的支持与更为健全的法律体系作为后盾。世界多极化、文化多元化等方面的差异给"一带一路"倡议的发展增加了阻力,尤其是在解决国际商事争端时更是在时间、空间方面难度突出。

The development and achievements of the reform and opening-up policy for more than 40 years have pushed China’s position on the world stage to a higher level,and our dialogue with the world is also increas⁃ing.However,in order to build an“open,inclusive,balanced and inclusive”regional economic cooperation framework and conform to the world development trend of economic globalization,it needs more countries'sup⁃port and a more sound legal system as the backing[1].The differences in the one belt,one road and the world multipolarization have increased resistance,especially in solving international commercial disputes,espe⁃cially in terms of time and space.
