摘要
随着生物技术的发展,PCR仪的校准需求也随之呈几何级数增长,介绍了聚合酶链式反应过程和一种PCR仪校准装置,解决了PCR仪温度校准的难题。
With the development of biotechnology,the demand for PCR calibration has risen sharply.This paper decribes the PCR process and proposes a PCR calibration device,which can realize the temperature calibration for PCR devices.
