布舍瑞林预处理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Buserelin Pretreatment For Surgical Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨布舍瑞林预处理在子宫体积≥14孕周子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月兴城市妇女儿童医院收治的110例子宫体积≥14孕周子宫肌瘤手术患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=55,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术)和观察组(n=55,布舍瑞林预处理+腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术),比较两组手术指标、子宫体积、肌瘤体积、血清激素水平。结果观察组患者术中出血量显著少于对照组,首次下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预处理后2周,观察组患者子宫体积、肌瘤体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预处理2周,观察组患者血清雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫体积≥14孕周子宫肌瘤手术患者中应用布舍瑞林预处理,患者术中出血量减少,首次下床活动及住院时间缩短,子宫体积、肿瘤体积缩小,血清激素水平下降。

Objective To investigate the application effects of buserelin pretreatment in patients with uterine volume≥14 weeks of gestation.Methods A total of 110 patients with uterine volume≥14 weeks of gestation with uterine fibroids surgery admitted to Xingcheng Women and Children’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(n=55,laparoscopic myomectomy)and an observation group(n=55,buserelin pretreatment+laparoscopic myomectomy)according to different treatment methods.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the first ambulation and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Two weeks after pretreatment,the uterine volume and fibroids volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after two weeks of pretreatment,the observation group had serum estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)and Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)levels were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of buserelin pretreatment in patients with uterine fibroids≥14 weeks of gestation reduces intraoperative blood loss,shortens first ambulation and hospitalization time,reduces uterine volume and tumor volume,and decreased serum hormone levels.
