八正散联合温针灸辨治中风后尿潴留患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Bazheng Powder Combined with Warm Needling in the Treatment of Paitnents with Urinary Retention After Stroke

目的探讨八正散联合温针灸治疗中风后尿潴留患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于大连市旅顺口区中医医院诊治的62例中风后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(常规治疗)与观察组(常规治疗+八正散+温针灸),每组31例。治疗结束后,比较两组患者临床治疗有效率、排尿次数、均次尿量、膀胱残余尿量变化情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(90.32%)明显高于对照组治疗有效率(67.74%)(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的排尿次数、均次尿量明显升高,而膀胱残余尿量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用八正散联合温针灸治疗中风后尿潴留临床疗效显著,可有效能提升患者的排尿能力,减少尿潴留,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bazheng Powder combined with warm acupuncture on patients with urinary retention after stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with stroke admittd to Lushunkou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment,they were divided into 2 groups,a control group(routine treatment),an observation group(conventional treatment+Bazheng Powder+Warm acupuncture),with 31 patients in each group.After treatment,the clinical effective rate,micturition frequency,mean urine volume and bladder residual urine volume of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group(90.32%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.74%)(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the urination frequency and average urine volume of the observation group were significantly increased,while the residual urine volume of bladder was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bazheng Powder combined with warm needle moxibustion to treat post-stroke urinary retention has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the patient’s urination ability and reduce urinary retention,which has important clinical significance.
