医药共建处方前置审核的实践效果

Practical Effects of Pre-examination of Prescriptions For Joint Medical Construction

目的探讨利用信息系统开展处方前置审核的效果。方法干预组选取广州医科大学附属第三医院门诊2020年10月至2021年1月采用处方前置审核系统进行审核干预的门诊药房药师审核处方575884张,对照组选取2019年10月至2020年1月未采用该系统审核的门诊药房药师审核处方415808张,比较不合理处方数、不合理处方类型。结果前置审方上线之后药师人工干预处方占比从1.38%下降到0.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组诊断与用药不符、用法用量不适宜、重复用药、配伍不当发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用信息系统辅助审方,能够提高医院合理用药水平,降低医疗风险,保障患者用药安全,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of prescription pre audit by using information system.Methods The intervention group selected the outpatient department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from October 2020 to January 2021.Outpatient pharmacy pharmacists who used the prescription pre-review system to review the intervention reviewed 575884 prescriptions,and the control group was selected from October 2019 to January 2020.Out-patient pharmacy pharmacists who have not adopted the system audited 415808 prescriptions,which was relatively unreasonable number of prescriptions and types of unreasonable prescriptions.Results The proportion of pharmacists’manual intervention prescription decreased from 1.38%to 0.13%after the pre-trial prescription went online,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diagnosis and medication discrepancy,inappropriate usage and dosage,repeated medication,and improper compatibility in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of information system to assist the auditor can improve the level of rational drug use,reduce medical risks,ensure the safety of drug use and improve patient satisfaction.
