摘要 研究了NBR的耐臭氧性能、物理性能、热老化性能以及耐IRM903油性能的变化。结果表明,在NBR配方中添加微晶蜡和防老剂4020可提高胶料的耐臭氧性能,且随着用量的增加,耐臭氧性能逐渐增大。当微晶蜡与4020用量分别为3份与2份时,硫化胶试样满足在拉伸20%、温度40℃、臭氧浓度为50×10^(-8)、时间为72h下无龟裂要求。与不添加微晶蜡与4020的原配方相比,两者在硫化特性、物理性能、热老化性能和耐IRM903油性能方面无明显差别。 The ozone resistance of nitrile rubber and its changes in physical and mechanical properties were researched. The results showed that adding microcrystalline wax and antioxidant 4020 to NBR formula could improve the ozone resistance of the compound, and with the increase of the dosage, the ozone resistance of the compound was improved. When the amount of microcrystalline wax and 4020 were 3 phr and 2 phr respectively, the vulcanizates could meet the ozone resistance requirement at stretching strain 20%, 40℃, ozone concentration 50×10^(-8) and time 72 h. Compared with the original formula without microcrystalline wax and 4020, there was no obvious difference in vulcanization properties, physical properties, heat aging properties and IRM903 oil resistance.
