摘要
大量研究表明光环境对食用菌生长发育的影响具有双重性(促进或抑制)。笔者归纳和总结了光环境三要素(光质、光照强度、光照时长)对食用菌生长发育的影响及其可能的调控机制,讨论了食用菌光生理研究中存在的问题,并展望今后的研究方向,旨在为光对食用菌的生长发育研究和在生产中的应用提供参考。
A large number of studies have shown that light environment has dual effects(promotion or inhibition)on growth and development of edible fungi.Effects of the three key factors of light environment,including light quality,light intensity,and light duration,on growth and development of edible fungi were reviewed,and possible underlying mechanisms were summarized.Existing problems in light physiology research of edible fungi and future prospects were also discussed so as to provide a reference for research and production of edible fungi in the future.
