摘要
采用热注入法,通过添加短链配体辛酸和辛胺制备金属卤化物钙钛矿CsPbBr_(3)纳米片,引入AgBr作为Ag前驱体,通过光照还原合成Ag@CsPbBr_(3)复合纳米片,组装Au/CsPbBr_(3)/Au和Au/Ag@CsPbBr_(3)/Au光电导型探测器.研究发现,探测器对520 nm可见光具有良好的探测性能,在Ag纳米颗粒局域表面等离子体共振效应的作用下,探测器响应度由198.6μA/W增至240.3μA/W,增幅达21%.该探测器在520 nm波段光电响应良好,在未来的可见光通信中具有重要的应用前景.
The metal halide perovskite CsPbBr_(3) nanosheets were successfully synthesized by a hot injection method in organic solvent with octanoic acid and octylamine as short chain ligands.AgBr was prepared as Ag precursor to synthesize Ag@CsPbBr_(3) composite nanosheets by photoreduction,and Au/CsPbBr_(3)/Au and Au/Ag@CsPbBr_(3)/Au photoconductive detectors were assembled.The detector exhibits sensitive responsivity to 520 nm visible light.The responsivity increased from 198.6 A/W to 240.3 A/W with an increasement of about 21%after the compound reaction,which due to the electromagnetic filed enhancement arised from localized surface plasmonic resonance effect of Ag nanoparticles.The detector exhibits good photoelectric responsivity at 520 nm,which show great application prospect in the future visible light communication.
