摘要
登革病毒感染引起登革热,是一种蚊媒传播病毒,给人类的生命健康造成了严重的威胁。目前尚无有效的抗登革病毒药物和疫苗用于临床治疗和预防。因此,研究对病毒生命周期中起关键作用的蛋白及宿主受体,设计出抗登革病毒靶标的抑制剂,从而选择性地抑制病毒的感染复制具有重要意义。本文就目前在研的抗登革病毒化合物及作用机制进行综述。
Dengue virus infection causes dengue fever,which is a mosquito-borne virion that poses a serious threat to human life and health. Currently,there are no effective anti-dengue virus drugs and vaccines for clinical treatment. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the proteins and host receptors that play a key role in the life cycle of the virus,and to design inhibitors against dengue virus targets,so as to selectively inhibit the infection and replication of the virus. This article reviews the current anti-dengue virus compounds and their mechanisms of action.
