摘要
通过理论计算并结合试验验证,对某型船用柴油发电机组进行减振降噪设计。优选阻尼材料,设计不同的隔声罩结构,通过试验对比分析得到最优结构,对公共底座结构进行优化设计。通过对公共底座进行改进设计,用吸声材料对底座的空腔进行填充,在传递途径上对噪声进行抑制。试验结果显示,采用该减振降噪设计取得了6.5 dB的降噪效果,柴油发电机组整体减振降噪指标得到了明显提升。
According to theoretical calculation and experimental verification, the vibration and noise reduction design of diesel generator set is carried out. Damping material is optimized, different structure of acoustic shields are designed. The optimal structure is obtained through experimental comparative analysis, and the public base structure is optimized. By improving the design of the common base, the cavity of the base is filled with sound-absorbing materials to suppress the noise in the transmission path. The test results show that the noise reduction effect of 6.5 dB is achieved by using the vibration and noise reduction design, and the overall vibration and noise reduction index of diesel generator set is significantly improved.
