船舶水润滑轴承振动状态的光纤传感监测及信号分解 被引量:5

摘要 为分析船舶运行过程中水润滑轴承的振动状态,对光纤光栅传感器进行封装保护,将其植入轴承橡胶轴瓦中,监测轴承的受力振动信号,并对其进行小波包分解。研究结果表明,光纤光栅传感器能适应水润滑轴承所处的恶劣工况,监测轴承的振动状态信号;采用小波包技术能快速地对轴承的低频回旋振动信号和高频摩擦振动信号进行分离。研究成果可应用于水润滑轴承的智能化设计和船舶的健康监测中。 In order to analyze the vibration state of the water-lubricated bearing during the operation of the ship, package and protect the fiber grating sensor which is to be implanted into the bearing rubber bush, monitor the force vibration signal of the bearing and decompose the signal with wavelet packet. The results show that the fiber grating sensor can adapt to the harsh working conditions of water-lubricated bearing and monitor the vibration state signals of the bearing. The wavelet packet technology can quickly separate the low-frequency rotary vibration signal and the high-frequency friction vibration signal of the bearing. Research can be used for intelligent design of water-lubricated bearings and health monitoring of ships.
