摘要
介绍10 t-20 m折臂伸缩海工吊在不同作业海况和舷内、舷外等不同作业场景下进行安全工作负荷作业的实现方法,并对每种起吊方法的实现机理进行详细分析,通过几种设计组合实现单绳5 t安全工作负荷快速作业、双绳10 t安全工作负荷作业和20 t吊耳安全作业模式,并针对各种安全作业模式的安全性进行二次设计,极大地拓展该型海工吊的起重作业能力,实现多作业模式下起重机在开放海域舷内外高海况下的安全吊装。
The realization methods of different safe working load operation of 10 t-20 m knuckle telescopic boom crane under different sea conditions and different operation scenarios such as inboard and outboard are introduced. The realization mechanism of each lifting method is analyzed in detail. Through several design combinations, the fast operation of single rope 5 t safe working load, double rope 10 t safe working load and 20 t lifting lug safety operation are realized. In addition, the safety of various safe operation modes is designed again, which greatly expands the lifting operation capacity of this type of offshore crane, and realizes the safe hoisting of crane in high sea conditions inside and outside the ship side under multiple operation modes.
