摘要 近年来,中国石油成品油销售企业既有面临安全环保等来自内部的风险事件,又有面对市场环境、政策变化等外部因素导致的风险问题,加之销售企业区域跨度大、业务分布广、市场化程度高、风险隐患多、社会关注多,因此,牢固树立风险管控意识,提高风险识别能力,加强风险管理工作,是企业管理工作的一项重要内容,也是一种迫切需要。 In recent years,China’s petroleum product oil sales companies have faced both internal risk events such as safety and environmental protection,as well as risk issues caused by external factors such as market environment and policy changes.Therefore,they have firmly established risk management and control awareness and improved risk identification capabilities.Strengthening the work of risk management is an important part of enterprise management work,and it is also an urgent need.
