管式反应器液相反应连续制备异丁基乙烯基醚 被引量:1

Preparation of isobutyl vinyl ether by liquid phase reaction in tubular reactor

摘要 以乙炔和异丁醇为原料,在异丁醇钾的催化作用下,采用管式反应器在高压下进行全液相反应连续制备异丁基乙烯基醚。研究了催化剂异丁醇钾的剂量、反应温度、反应压强和停留时间等工艺参数对反应结果的影响,得到较为合适的反应工艺条件为:催化剂异丁醇钾的剂量为异丁醇质量的3%、反应温度155℃、反应压强6.0 MPa、停留时间196-260 s。在该条件下进行了液相循环反应以连续制备异丁基乙烯基醚,当稳态运行时,异丁醇的转化率为77.5%,异丁基乙烯基醚的选择性为97.3%。反应动力学研究表明:异丁醇和乙炔的全液相反应合成异丁基乙烯基醚符合一级反应动力学方程,该反应的指前因子k_(0)为3.14×10^(5)s^(-1),反应的活化能E a为61.09 kJ/mol。管式反应器中进行的是全液相反应,无气态乙炔的存在,既消除了高温高压下气态乙炔的安全隐患,又提高了反应效率。 Using potassium isobutoxide as catalyst,isobutyl vinyl ether was synthesized from acetylene and isobutanol by continuous liquid phase cyclic reaction in a tubular reactor.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and residence time on acetylene conversion were studied.The appropriate reaction conditions are as following:the dosage of potassium isobutoxide is 3%based on isobutanol mass,the reaction temperature is 155℃,the reaction pressure is 6.0 MPa and the residence time is 196-260 s.Under these conditions,continuous production of isobutyl vinyl ether by liquid phase cyclic reaction was conducted.At steady state,the conversion of isobutanol reached 77.5%,the selectivity of isobutyl vinyl ether was 97.3%.The reaction of isobutanol and acetylene was in good agreement with the first order reaction kinetics.The pre-exponential factor k_(0)is 3.14×10^(5)s^(-1),and the reaction activation energy E a is 61.09 kJ/mol.The tubular reactor performs a total liquid phase reaction without the presence of gas phase acetylene,which overcomes the risk of flammable and explosive for gas phase acetylene under high temperature and high pressure,and improves the reaction efficiency.
