摘要
建立某典型的煤气化多联产装置的动态模型,针对设计负荷下发生单台或多台气化炉跳车时的装置运行情况进行动态模拟。按照实际装置的产品分配原则,以优先确保燃料气供应为目的,初定了4套预案并进行动态测试,最终获得了一套既可优先保障燃料气供应,又可保证装置不低于操作下限运行的产品再分配方案。该模型可沿用于其他负荷下发生单台或多台气化炉跳车的动态分析,并且对同类煤气化多联产装置完善工艺及控制设计、进行事故分析及应对具有指导意义。
A dynamic model based on typical multi-product coal gasification plant was built,and the influence of single or multiple gasifier trip on the plant was investigated.According to the product distribution principle,four plans aimed at ensuring fuel gas supply were tested by the dynamic model,and one feasible plan was obtained,which can not only ensure the supply of fuel gas,but also keep the plant above the lower operation limit.This method can be used for analysis on single or multiple gasifier trip under other loads,and it is instructive to improve the design and analyze accident in similar gasification plant.
