摘要
以燃料电池为动力的水下作业平台供氧系统的实际训练存在一定的局限性和危险性,并且培训难度大,训练成本高。本文以某型使用燃料电池为动力的水下作业平台为对象,结合供氧系统的模拟训练需求,以Visual Studio 2015软件作为集成开发工具,采用C#语言,以GDI+为辅助工具编写仿真仪表和阀件,实现了水下作业平台燃料电池动力供氧系统的软件操作界面设计和功能仿真,并对设计的仿真系统进行了系统操作和功能测试,结果表明,该仿真操控软件能基本实现系统操作功能,反应供氧系统的工作情况和实际动态过程,具有良好的人机交互界面和实用性,此外,其对提高操作人员水下作业平台燃料电池动力供氧系统的操作水平有一定的积极作用。
There are risks and limitations in practical training for controlling the oxygen subsystem of fuel cell power system of underwater platforms.In this paper,aiming at the fuel cell power system of a certain deep-sea operating platform,the design and implementation of simulation control of the fuel cell oxygen subsystem are introduced.The simulation platform are developed using Visual Studio 2015 software as an integrated development tool and with GDI+as the auxiliary tool.The results of comprehensive operation and function tests show that the simulation control software can not only realize operation control of system,but also reflect working conditions and the actual dynamic process of oxygen subsystem.With good human-computer interaction interface,the software play an important role in improving crew’s ability to operate the fuel cell power oxygen subsystem in deep-sea operating platform.
