摘要
下水式升船机在出入水过程中载荷变率大,为实现多机传动系统载荷均衡分配,快速适应变载技术对升船机传动系统尤为至关重要。本文对下水式升船机快速适应变载技术进行了研究。介绍了具体的控制方案,并对该方案的性能进行了测试。实验结果表明该控制方案扰动小、动态过程性能好,能实现快速载荷均衡分配的功能,具有良好的工程应用前景。
In order to realize the balanced load distribution of the multi engine driving system,the variable load swift response technology for driving submerge chamber ship lift is studied.Then,the control scheme of the ship lift is introduced,and the performance tests of the scheme are presented.The experimental results show that the control scheme is of characteristics of has small disturbance,good dynamic performances,and rapid load balance distribution etc.,which makes it has a good engineering application prospect.
