摘要
大量的科学研究和流行病学调查发现,膳食纤维对人体健康起着非常重要的作用。随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视饮食的搭配,当食用的膳食纤维含量增加之后,一些慢性疾病的发病率明显下降,如高血压、高血脂、肥胖、糖尿病等。研究表明,膳食纤维具有控制体重、吸附重金属、提高免疫力、降糖降脂等多种生理功能。但膳食纤维的摄入也有一定的限制,并不是越多越好,适量摄入膳食纤维有益身体健康。
A large number of scientific research and epidemiological investigation found that dietary fiber plays a very important role in human health.With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the collocation of food.When the dietary fiber content increases,the incidence rate of some chronic diseases is obviously reduced,such as hypertension,hyperlipemia,obesity,diabetes and so on.Studies have shown that dietary fiber has many physiological functions,such as weight control,heavy metal adsorption,improving immunity,reducing blood sugar and lipid.However,dietary fiber intake also has certain limitations,not the more the better.Proper intake of dietary fiber is good for health.
