摘要
电机械制动技术已从一种辅助制动手段发展成独立制动系统,且具有高响应、高可靠性和较好的应用前景,运用综合教学手段对其进行分析研究是提高学生综合应用知识能力的重要手段.本文以一般结构形式的电机械制动机构为例,采用理论、仿真和实验等方法,进行电机械制动机构分析和实践教学研究.开展了结构受力分析,得到了电机械制动机构基本模型;基于刚柔耦合动力学仿真软件,展示了关键参数的影响情况.结果表明,电机械制动机构扩充了学生视野,激发了学生学习兴趣,提高了教学效果和和解决问题能力.
Electromechanical braking technology has developed from an auxiliary braking method to an independent braking system,and it has high response,high reliability and good application prospect.It is an important means to improve students'comprehensive application knowledge ability by using comprehensive teaching methods to analyze and research.In this paper,the electromechanical brake mechanism in the form of general structure as an example,using theory,simulation and experiment methods,the electromechanical brake mechanism analysis and practice teaching research.The basic model of the electromechanical braking mechanism is obtained by carrying out the structural force analysis.Based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation software,the influence of key parameters is shown.The results show that the electromechanical braking mechanism can expand students'vision,stimulate students'interest in learning,improve the teaching effect and the ability to solve problems.
