文章从合理调配卤水、严控结晶卤水深度、实施定点分晒、细化收盐操作等方面阐述了海盐质量提升工艺,结合公司实际情况分析了盐田机械化作业与人工相结合的必要性及实施成效,为公司盐田技术改造及海盐质量提升提供思路。

The quality improvement process of sea salt such as suited brine allocation、accurate depth control of the saturated brine、implementation of fixed-point stepwise crystallizing、refining salt harvesting operation are introduced in this article.The necessity and implement affection of the combination of mechanical operation and manual work in salt ponds are analyzed due to the actual situation of Haijing Group.These measures will be good guidance for the technical reconstruction and quality improvement of sea salt in the future.
