摘要 目前在我国近海已投产数个小型无人井口平台,其无人设计原则多样且各具特色。海上平台无人化作为未来平台设计的一种必然发展趋势,文章通过查询标准规范,对以往无人平台进行归纳总结,以及与作业方的充分沟通,推荐无人平台的基本设计原则。另从无人平台的流程设计以及主要动设备,包括开排泵、闭排泵、化学药剂泵和火炬分液泵的工艺设计进行分析和探讨,给出推荐做法,从而提高无人平台的安全可靠性,促进无人平台设计的标准化工作。 At present,several small unmanned wellhead platforms have been put into operation in offshore China,and their unmanned design principles are diverse and have their own characteristics.Unmanned offshore platform is an inevitable development trend in future platform design.This article summarized the previous unmanned platforms by inquiring the standards and specifications,and fully communicated with operators,and recommends the basic design principles of unmanned platforms.In addition,the process design of unmanned platform and the process design of main moving equipment,including open drain pump,closed drain pump,chemical injection pump and flare knock-out drum pump,are analyzed and discussed,and recommended practices are given,so as to improve the safety and reliability of unmanned platform and promote the standardization of unmanned platform design.
