摘要
文章通过对直接法硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠生产工艺中碱吸收工序进行水平衡的研究,确定了制约中和液中含水量的影响因素,提出了优化的设计方案,结合项目实例进行优化设计方案验证,降低中和液中水含量约10%,达到节能降耗的目标。
This article studied the water balance of alkali absorption process in the direct sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite production process,and determined the influencing factors that restrict the water content in neutralization solution,then the optimized design plan is proposed and verifies the optimized scheme in combination with project examples.Reduced the water content in the neutralization solution by about 10%,and achieved the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
