虚实仿真综合实训对护理本科生母婴护理岗位胜任力的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨虚实仿真教学法对护理本科生学习成绩及母婴护理岗位核心胜任力的影响。方法将120名护理本科生随机分为对照组和观察组各60人。对照组采用案例演示教学法,观察组采用案例演示融入虚拟仿真技术教学法。比较两组课堂学习效果、考核成绩和母婴护理岗位核心胜任力。结果观察组实训课结束后母婴护理岗位胜任力总分和知识与经验、专科操作能力、临床思维与应变能力3个维度得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);观察组课堂学习效果、考核成绩得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论实施案例演示融入虚拟仿真技术的产科护理综合实训教学,能显著提高护理本科生母婴护理临床教学效果。 Objective To discuss the effect of virtual simulation based lab teaching on maternal-infant care core competencies of nur-sing undergraduates.Methods A lottery method was used to randomize 120 nursing undergraduate students into 2 groups of 60 each.The control group was subjected to case demonstration based lab teaching,while the to case demonstration combined with virtual simulation based lab teaching.The classroom learning effect,examination results,and maternal-infant care core competencies levels were evaluated and compared between the 2 groups.Results After lab teaching,total and dimension(knowledge and expertise,speciaty-oriented skills,clinical thinking and flexible response)scores of maternal-infant care core competencies in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all),with the intervention group having better classroom learning effect,and higher examination results,than the control group(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion Adding virtual simulation based teaching into case demonstration in lab teaching of obstetric nursing skills can significantly improve nursing undergraduates′learning effect of maternal-infant care teaching.
