摘要
本研究针对页岩油气储层改造,研发适用于海相页岩气藏压裂用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺减阻剂ZLFR系列产品。ZLFR减阻剂从分子设计的角度,赋予微嵌段分子模型聚合,保持线性分子结构,提高溶解性能;引入耐温抗盐的磺酸基团,降低减阻剂对水质及温度的敏感性。评价结果表明,ZLFR系列减阻剂产品稳定性好,减阻率大于79%,溶解3 min达到最大稳定黏度的90%以上。抗盐减阻剂ZLFR317X在美国压裂施工现场应用取得良好效果。
This research,aiming at the reconstruction of shale oil and gas reservoirs,develops the ZLFR series of anionic polyacrylamide drag reducers suitable for fracturing of marine shale gas reservoirs.From the perspective of molecular design,ZLFR drag reducer gives micro-block molecular model polymerization,maintains linear molecular structure and improves solubility,introduces temperature-resistant and salt-resistant sulfonic acid groups to reduce the sensitivity of drag reducers to water quality and temperature.The evaluation results show that the ZLFR series drag reducers have good stability,the drag reduction rate is greater than 79%,and the maximum stable viscosity is more than 90%after 3 minutes of dissolution.The salt-resistant drag reducer ZLFR317X has achieved good results in the application of fracturing construction sites in the United States.
