摘要
苏里格气田开发以上古不含硫气藏为主,随着气田开发的深入,目前正在逐步开发下古含硫气藏,但由于已建集输系统大部分不抗硫,导致部分气井无法正常生产。近年来,长庆苏里格气田不断探索三嗪类液体在单井井场的脱硫应用,衍生出两种不同的三嗪类液体脱硫装置。本文通过介绍两种脱硫装置工艺原理,对比工艺流程,通过矿场试验,总结分析工艺优缺点,为后期现场应用提供依据。
Sulige gasfield mainly develops the upper ancient sulfur-free gas reservoir. With the further development of the gasfield, the lower ancient sulfur-containing gas reservoir is being developed gradually. However, as most of the established gas gathering and transmission systems are not sulfur-resistant, some gas wells cannot produce normally. In recent years, the desulfurization application of triazine liquids in single well site has been continuously explored in Changqing Sulige gasfield, and two different desulfurization devices of triazine liquids have been derived. This paper introduces the process principle of two kinds of desulfurization devices, compares the technological process, summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the process through the field test, and provides a basis for future field application.
