全数字化钼靶摄影与超声检查诊断乳腺导管内癌的对照研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全数字钼靶摄影与超声检查及二者联合诊断对乳腺导管内癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析64例经病理证实的导管内癌患者的全数字化钼靶摄影与超声的影像学表现,对比两者单独诊断及联合诊断的诊断率。结果全数字化钼靶摄影、超声检查及二者联合诊断准确分别为47例、44例、59例,二者单独诊断率分别为73%、69%,两者间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.12,P>0.05),两者联合诊断率达到92%,较二者单独诊断明显提高,与超声检查及钼靶单独诊断差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全数字化钼靶摄影联合超声检查对乳腺导管内癌的诊断率明显提高,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of full-field digital mammography vs ultrasound used alone or in combination in diagnosing ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)of the breast.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on imaging features of full-field digital mammography and ultrasound in 64 patients with pathologically confirmed DCIS.The diagnostic yields with the two modalities used alone or in combination were compared.Results:Accurate diagnosis was found in 47 cases by full-field digital mammography,44 by ultrasound,and 59 by the both used in combination.The diagnostic yields of full-field digital mammography and ultrasound alone were 73%and 69%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the both(χ^(2)=2.12,P>0.05).The diagnostic yields of the two modalities used in combination was up to 92%,which was significantly higher than that of the two used alone,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full-field digital mammography and ultrasound used in combination leads to significant increase in the diagnostic yield for DCIS of the breast,and therefore appears clinically valuable.
