海洋平台立管关断阀风险分析

Risk Analysis of Riser Shutdown Valve on Offshore Platform

摘要 利用定量风险评估方法对国内某平台立管水下关断阀失效后发生泄漏后果进行风险评估。基于历史数据库对海洋立管泄漏频率进行研究,结合上部设施和人员分布等可能事故对个人风险进行量化,从技术角度分析海洋平台立管水下关断阀失效恢复的必要性,并根据分析结果提出相应保护措施。 The quantitative risk assessment method is used to assess the leakage consequence of a domestic platform riser subsea shutdown valve after failure.Based on the historical data,this article studied the leakage frequency of marine riser,quantifies the personal risk combined with the possible accidents such as the topside facilities and personnel distribution,analyzed the necessity of failure recovery of subsea shut-off valve of offshore platform riser from the technical point of view,and put forward corresponding protection measures according to the analysis results.
