摘要
中盐内蒙古股份有限公司螺杆压缩机联锁保护采用的是传统电器元件控制,装置的二次接线复杂,故障率高。通过改造CO_(2)螺杆压缩机的联锁保护;采用DCS系统确保螺杆压缩机稳定运行。
The interlocking protection of screw compressor is controlled by traditional electrical components.The secondary wiring of the device is complex and the failure rate is high.The interlock protection of CO_(2)screw compressor was improved and DCS system is adopted to ensure the stable operation of screw compressor.
