免疫学第二课堂活动的创新与思考

摘要 免疫学作为沟通基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科,在医学类课程中地位至关重要,学好免疫学为医学生临床学习、激发其临床探索欲望具有重要意义。免疫学发展日新月异,仅从课堂中获取相应知识存在一定局限,因此,开展第二课堂拓展学生眼界,培养其科学思维是当务之急。本文结合免疫带教教员自身教学实践,从实践过程的“小组研讨阶段”“文献检索阶段”“实践探索阶段”“总结提高阶段”4个方面,阐释开展第二课堂活动的现实意义和基本内涵,旨在巩固学生第一课堂所学内容之余,提升其对基础研究的兴趣,丰富其科研知识,开拓其医学视野,激发其学习热情。 As a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine,Immunology plays an important role in medical courses.Learning Immunology well is of great significance for medical students to enter clinical learning and stimulate their desire for clinical exploration. With rapid development of Immunology,there are some limitations in acquiring corresponding knowledge only from classroom. Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the second classroom to expand students’ horizons and cultivate their scientific thinking. In our research,combined with teaching practice of immunology teachers,practical significance and basic connotation of carrying out second classroom activities are explained from four aspects of "group research stage" "literature review stage" "practice stage" and "summary stage" in practice process. Purpose of this research is to consolidate students’ first classroom learning content,enhance their interest in basic research,and enrich their scientific research knowledge,to broaden their medical vision and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.
