基于“互联网+医疗”的云胶片在医学影像中的应用与现状 被引量:11

摘要 目的在“互联网+医疗”背景下,探讨云胶片在医学影像检查中的应用价值。方法构建胶片云网络平台,在我院实现将云胶片应用在临床工作中,分析20余万患者DR、CT及MRI影像检查胶片应用资料,统计云胶片服务人次、传统胶片需求人次,并记录分析应用云胶片过程中打印传统胶片量及原因,比较云胶片应用前后本地存储、医疗成本等的结余,观察云胶片的临床应用效果。结果影像检查患者共计201737人,云胶片服务比例为97.71%,传统胶片需求率为2.29%。应用云胶片过程中打印传统胶片原因有院外就诊、理赔、司法鉴定、评残等,以院外就诊占首位,比例为39.76%;其次为理赔、评残。云胶片在医院放射科的应用,有效节省本地存储空间,节约传统胶片使用成本,提升工作质量和效率,促进互联网医患互动。结论在临床中应用基于“互联网+医疗”的云胶片,可以实现医院社会利益和经济利益的双赢。 Objective To explore the application value of cloud film in medical imaging examination under the background of“Internet+medical”.Methods Building film cloud network platform,realized the application of cloud film in clinical work in our hospital.Analyzed DR,CT and MRI imaging examination film application data of more than 200000 patients,counted the number of cloud film service and traditional film demand,recorded and analyzed the amount and reason of printing common film during the application of cloud film.And compared the balance of local storage and medical costs before and after the application of cloud film,observed the clinical effect of cloud film.Results A total of 201737 patients underwent imaging examination.The proportion of cloud film service was 97.71%,while the demand rate of traditional film was 2.29%.The reasons for printing traditional film in the process of applying cloud film include out-of-hospital medical treatment,claims settlement,judicial identification,assessment of disability,etc.Out-of-hospital consultations accounted for the first place in traditional film demand,accounting for 39.76%.Next it was to settle a claim,evaluate disabled.The application of cloud film in hospital radiology department can effectively save local storage space,save the cost of traditional film use,improve the quality and efficiency of work,and promote the interaction between doctor-patient interaction on the Internet.Conclusion The application of cloud film based on“Internet+medical”in clinical practice can achieve a win-win situation for the social and economic benefits of hospitals.
