促进医联体协同的患者全息视图应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过集成各医联体的数据,建设基于医联体的患者全息视图,实现医生可以调阅患者在医联体之间的所有就诊记录。方法利用数据库的日志同步技术搭建大数据同步平台,实时对接各个医联体的业务系统;利用主数据、术语、元数据体系完成数据治理;利用科研检索系统完成相似患者查询功能。结果系统基于区域医联体的业务,统一部署到8家医联体单位,注册总人数超过900人,浏览患者信息大于20000次/月,各个医联体用户浏览患者详细信息3300余例。结论通过系统,临床医生能够看到更加全面的患者就诊记录,在面对疑难疾病时,可以参考其他相似患者的诊疗流程,方便各个医联体的医生更加准确地对患者进行诊疗,促进医疗服务质量的提升。 Objective By integrating the data of each medical consortium,a holographic view of patients based on the medical consortium is built,so that all the medical records of patients in the medical consortium can be easily accessed.Method Use database log synchronization technology to build a big data real-time synchronization platform,real-time docking with the business systems of various medical associations,use master data,terminology,and metadata systems to complete data management,and use scientific research retrieval systems to complete similar patient query functions.Results Based on the unified business of the regional medical consortium,the system was deployed to 8 medical consortium units.The total number of registered people exceeded 900.The patient information was browsed more than 20,000 times per month.Each medical consortium user browsed more than 3300 patient detailed information.Conclusion Through the system,clinicians can access more comprehensive medical records of patients,at the same time,in terms of difficult diseases,according to the reference of diagnosis and treatment procedures from other similar patients,doctors in various medical consortia can diagnose and treat patients more accurately.
