基于医院运营数据中心的智能报表系统设计与实现

目的建设基于医院运营数据中心的智能报表系统,整合利用数据资源,适应现代医院管理要求。方法梳理医院运行中的各项指标和数据源头,使用CDC技术和ETL工具,打通不同的信息系统,建立数据中心。基于Hadoop完成快速运算、即时查询,由智能报表系统工具制作报表及展示输出。结果职能部门和IT部门共同制定了全面统一的运营指标体系,IT部门主抓数据治理和数据中心维护;职能部门借助智能报表系统自由访问数据和自主制作报表;决策层实时查看医院动态,快速做出调度。结论基于运营数据中心的智能报表系统系统,优化了IT人员的分工和效率,强化了职能管理人员数据利用的主体地位,方便了院领导及时了解医院运行情况,有助于医院精细化管理和科学化决策。

Objective To design a business intelligence platform based on hospital operational data center,in order to integrate and utilize data to meet the increasing demand from functional department.Method Sort out and track key operational indicators distributed in all functional departments.And define their borders with data in atomic field in databases.CDC and Hadoop technologies were properly organized to extract data.ETL tool integrated heterogeneous data from various hospital information systems,and stored data in data warehouse.The data was calculated and processed by haddop platform.And BI tool was acted as interface to display tables and figures.Result The hospital operational data platform was designed and achieved with abundant functions.The system architecture and data architecture was instructed in detail.Owing to the data platform,responsibilities of IT staff,functional department and administrator were clearly reassigned.Conclusion The BI platform based on hospital operational data center was superior to classical reporting system and BI system.IT staff acted as assistant to provide tools and lightweight development.While the function department staff got back to leading role in data demand,which was expected to push forward exploration of data value and improvement in hospital management.
