摘要
目的分析现状,提出卫生信息交换标准v3.0版本(HL7 V3)通用封装程序的设计方案并予以实现。方法采用C#语言开发,将HL7 V3消息体划分为几个细分组件,通过循环逐层加载数据集至对应的细分组件中,并辅以规范化的目录文件设置予以实现。结果基于本设计方案,成功开发了HL7 V3通用封装程序,并在多个系统应用中得到了很好的验证。结论设计的通用封装程序不仅缓解了院方巨大的运维压力,解放了人力,而且降低了各业务厂商的对接难度,提高了对接效率和对接质量。
Objective To analyze the current situation of wrap program for HL7 V3,this article proposes a generic design solution of wrap program and implements it.Methods The wrapper is developed on C#language,and it splits HL7 V3 messages into several small components which filled with corresponding datasets by the loop.Besides,it utilizes standardized settings of directories and documentations.Results The generic wrapper significantly reduced the work load and saved human resources,while for all business systems,it definitely reduced the difficulty of the connection work,enhanced efficiency as well as quality.Conclusion Based on this designation,the generic wrap program for HL7 V3 has been successfully developed and implemented.
