大学生创新创业的机制研究——以郑州城市职业学院为例

Research on the Mechanism of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship--Take City University of Zhengzhou as an Example

我国大学生就业压力日益严峻,伴随着2020年全球疫情的发展,加剧就业难的问题,必须着力推动大学生创新创业。结合郑州城市职业学院民办院校的特点,在大学生创新创业机制研究中,有关大学生创业引导机制、创业观念转变、激励机制、教育模式、校企合作模式、服务模式必须联合起来,共同服务大学生创新创业,缓解大学生就业难的难题。

The employment pressure of college students in China is becoming increasingly severe.With the development of the global epidemic in 2020,the employment problem is becoming more and more difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.According to the characteristics of the vocational colleges,such as City University of Zhengzhou,which is in the study of mechanism of college students’innovative undertaking,we are supposed to unite the college students’entrepreneurial guiding mechanism,entrepreneurial idea transformation,the incentive mechanism,education mode,university-enterprise cooperation mode,and service mode,in order to provide the common service for college students’innovative undertaking,and to ease college students’employment difficult problem.
