五年制高职“00 后”学生自主管理模式的探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着高职教育规模的不断壮大,以严格“管教”方式为主的传统管理模式已经无法适用于新时代个性鲜明“00后”学生,因此构建学生自主管理模已经成为目前高职学生管理工作改革的重要任务。本文在学生自主管理相关文献分析的基础上,结合五年制高职校“00后”学生自主管理的现状和问题,全方位、多角度探索五年制高职校“00后”学生自主管理的有效实施路径。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational education,the traditional management model based on strict“discipline”methods can no longer be applied to the new era of distinctive personality“post-2000s”students,so the construction of student self-management model has become the current important task of student management reform in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of literature analysis of students’self-management,combined with the current situation and problems of“post-2000s”students’self-management in five-year vocational schools,it explores the effective implementation path of students’self-management in five-year vocational schools.
