新形势下辅导员开展网络思想政治教育工作的思考

Reflections on Counselors’ Ideological and Political Education in the Fieldof Network under the New Situation

作为电脑原住民的“00后”大学生已经成为大学校园的主力军,辅导员的教育管理工作越来越依托于网络开展,这对思想政治教育工作尤其是网络思想政治教育工作提出了更高更新的要求。本文分析了现阶段高校大学生的特点,从辅导员媒体媒介素养、应急管理能力、思政教育认识要求等方面分析了网络思政教育面临的挑战,并提出了新形势下网络思政教育的应对策略,希望能为高校思政教育质量的提升起到参考作用。

The millennial college students who are computer aboriginals have become the main force on university campuses,and the education and management work of politicalinstructors is increasingly relying on the Internet.This has raised higher and newer requirements of ideological and political education,especially network ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the characteristics of college students at the current stage as well as the challenges faced by network ideological and political education from the aspects of political instructors’media literacy,emergency management ability,and awareness of ideological and political education.Also,this paper proposes the coping strategies of network ideological and political education under new situation,hoping to play a reference role for improving the quality of college ideological and political education.
