摘要
英语听说综合课程作为一门教改新课程,旨在解决基础较差的英语专业学生的听说问题,但同时也对教师提出了新的要求。借助身份研究,我们可以更好地理解教师协商和建构身份的实践经历,也就能够更好地了解教师的知识储备、课堂行为以及决策背后的依据。基于此,本文从介绍笔者所任职高校实施听说综合课程以来,教师身份构建过程中所面临的困难入手,探讨解决路径,实现帮助担任英语听说综合课程教师尽快实现身份的构建。
The course of integrated English listening and speaking,as a result of teaching reform,aims at improving English majors’poor English listening and speaking ability.Meanwhile,it is also a new challenge to the teacher.With the help of identity research,we can better understand teachers’choice in teaching materials,teaching methods and the reasons behind this.In this paper,the difficulties in the process of teacher identity construction during the implementation of the integrated listening and speaking course will be introduced at first and some solutions will be discussed.
