葛根及其活性成分对心血管疾病的改善作用机制研究进展

Progress in the mechanism of improving cardiovascular disease by Pueraria puerariae and its active components

葛根为临床常用中药,葛根异黄酮是葛根主要活性成分,而葛根素是葛根异黄酮中的重要活性物质之一,具有调节免疫、保肝、降糖、调血脂、抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及保护心脑血管等广泛的药理作用。本文以“葛根”、“葛根素”、“心血管疾病”、“机制”等为关键词在中国知网、万方数据库等平台中组合查询2003~2020年发表的相关文献,归纳葛根及其活性成分对心血管疾病的改善作用机制,以期为将葛根及其活性成分开发成心血管疾病治疗性药物提供参考。

Pueraria is a common Chinese medicine.Puerarin isoflavones are the main active components of Pueraria,and puerarin is one of the important active substances in Pueraria isoflavones.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as regulating immunity,liver protection,reducing sugar,regulating blood lipid,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels.This paper combines the keywords"Pueraria","puerarin","cardiovascular disease","mechanism"and other keywords in the platform of China zhinet and Wanfang database to search the relevant literature published in 2003-2020,and summarizes the mechanism of improving the cardiovascular disease by Pueraria puerariae and its active components,so as to provide reference for the development of Pueraria and its active components into therapeutic drugs for cardiovascular disease.
