摘要
为解决管件内涂层生产中有机废气治理效果波动较大的问题,研制一种新型有机废气治理系统并投入实际应用。在喷涂废气、风干废气等收集装置,蓄热燃烧换向阀门和自动程序控制等方面的改进显著提高了有机废气收集率和蓄热燃烧效率,最终在管件内涂层生产全过程有机废气治理效果满足国家和地方标准。
In order to solve the problem of large result fluctuation of organic exhaust treatment in pipe coating,a new type of organic exhaust treatment system is developed and put into practical application.Improvements in collection devices such as spray exhaust,air-dried exhaust,and regenerative oxidation reversing valves and automatic program control have significantly improved the effectiveness of organic exhaust collection and regenerative oxidation.Finally,the organic exhaust treatment result in the whole process of pipe coating meets the national and provincial standards.
