中职学校推行现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索与实践——以山东省轻工工程学校为例

摘要 近年来,随着职业教育改革的不断深入,对现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索日益成为改革的重点,现代学徒制工作在我国职业教育中由局部试点阶段逐步进入全面推进阶段。以中职学校为例,对目前中职学校现代学徒制人才培养模式的现状加以分析,阐述了中职学校在现代学徒制人才培养模式实施过程中的有效做法和存在的问题,并对中职学校未来现代学徒制人才培养模式的发展提出了对策。 In recent years,with the continuous deepened reform of vocational education,the exploration of modern apprenticeship talent training model has increasingly become the focus of reform.Modern apprenticeship model in Chinese vocational education has gradually entered a stage of comprehensive promotion from the pilot stage in some parts of China.Taking secondary vocational schools as an example,the author in this article analyzes the current situation of modern apprenticeship talent training model,discusses effective practices and existing problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship talent training model,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of modern apprenticeship talent training model.
