摘要
美术高校积极推进三全育人综合改革、落实立德树人根本任务和师资队伍建设的重要性日益显现。新时代高等教育发展遇到前所未有的挑战,对师资队伍建设提出了新要求,如何探索一条适合美术高校自身发展的师资队伍建设路径成为当前高等艺术教育研究的重要内容。在三全育人的背景下,美术高校师资队伍建设要加强教师知识结构的拓展、实践教学能力的增强以及科研服务社会能力的提升,同时还要完善教师评价体系来形成质量保障。
Facilitating teaching staff development in fine arts universities is increasingly important in the process of universities′active participation in the comprehensive"three-in-one education"reform and undertaking the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality in higher education.Hence,the development of higher education in the new era faces unprecedented challenges,which imposes new requirements for the professional development of teaching staff.In the field of research on current higher art education,how to explore suitable ways for teaching staff to achieve their self-development has become an important topic.In the context of"three-in-one education",the author in this article proposes some ways to promote teaching staff development in fine arts universities,namely,widening teachers′knowledge,developing teachers′abilities in practical teaching,enhancing teachers′ability in conducting research to serve the society and improving teacher evaluation system in order to form quality assurance.
