摘要
随着国家和省级一流本科专业的深入推进,众多新建本科院校将建设更多的一流本科专业作为彰显办学水平的重要标志。文章通过分析专业质量标准的内涵,从系统论思想、社会适应性视角、复杂性科学原理等方面,阐释专业建设质量标准构建的理论基础,通过在师生中开展一流本科专业调查分析,提出了应用型本科院校一流本科专业质量标准的基本构架和组成,形成了由专业定位与人才培养思路等8个一级指标、38个二级指标等组成的统一整体,以期为应用型本科院校专业建设和评价一流本科专业提供指导。
With the initiation of national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors programs,many local applied universities increasingly take more first-class undergraduate majors as fundamental symbol of upgrading school running level.The paper analyzes the implication of major quality criteria and explores the theoretical basis for constructing major quality criteria from the viewpoints of system theory,social adaptability and complex science principle.By conducting investigation on first-class undergraduate majors among staffs and students,the paper puts forward the basic framework and components of quality criteria about first-class undergraduate majors.The framework is an integral system,which consists of eight first grade indexes such as specialty orientation and talent training,and thirty-eight secondary indexes.Moreover,the framework is constructed in the expectation of providing guidelines for construction and development about application-oriented majors,first-class undergraduate majors'evaluation.
