摘要
文章提出了一种“新工科”背景下PLC课程虚实结合多层次实践平台的构建方案。为突破现有实践教学环节的局限,方案从PLC基础实验平台、高级实训硬件平台、综合控制系统应用平台、监控系统应用平台、灵活自主性创新实践平台五个方面,融合“实物”平台和“虚拟”平台两种模式,进行多层次的混合递进式实践平台构建。实践表明,所提PLC实践平台构建方案可实现有效解决现有实践平台的多种问题,显著提升了学生的创新实践能力。
A construction scheme of PLC multi-level practical platform with combination of virtuality and reality based on the background of new engineering is presented.In order to break through the limitations of the existing practical teaching method,the progressive type PLC practical platform is proposed.On the one hand,the scheme includes five aspects including basic experiment platform,advanced practice platform,application platform of comprehensive control systems,application platform of monitoring system and innovation practice platform.On the other hand,the scheme integrates two modes including full-scale platform and virtual platform.The practice shows that the proposed scheme can effectively solve the problems of the existing PLC practical platform and significantly enhance the students'innovative practice ability.
