摘要 现阶段,由于本科教学长期以来注重书本知识的传授,以燃气轮机专业为例,过于强调专业性,知识过于枯燥、难懂,高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,必须切实加强大学生科技创新团队的建设,提升创新能力培养水平,为建设创新型国家输送更多的创新型人才。文章以学生科技创新社团的建立与实践进行研究,目标为建立健全的由本科生、硕士生和博士生组成的梯级创新团队,形成学习基本知识—发现实际问题—探求解决方法—进行成果输出的创新模式,培养学生独立自主的科技创新品质。通过与专业相关单位、学术团体建立合作关系,开展了各类创新实践活动。培养了学生的实践能力,发挥了学生的创新精神,为高校的教学、科研提供了一定程度上的帮助,使学生、高校和社会组织各方都受到了一定的益处。 For a long time,undergraduate teaching has been focusing on the imparting of book knowledge.Taking the Gas Turbine major as an example,too much emphasis is placed on professionalism,and the knowledge is too boring and difficult to understand.As an important base of talent training,colleges and universities must earnestly strengthen the construction of college students'scientific and technological innovation team,improve the level of innovation ability training,and provide more innovative talents for the construction of an innovative country.This paper studies the establishment and practice of the students'science and technology innovation community.The research goal is to establish and improve the cascade innovation team composed of undergraduates,master's students and doctoral students,to form an innovation mode of learning basic knowledge,finding practical problems,seeking solutions and output results,and to cultivate students'independent quality of scientific and technological innovation.Through establishing cooperative relations with relevant professional units and academic groups,various innovative practice activities have been carried out.It cultivates students'practical ability,gives full play to students'innovative spirit,and provides a certain degree of help for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,benefiting students,colleges and social organizations to some extent.
