摘要
分子生物学是高等院校生命科学类专业核心主干课程,该学科发展迅速,新知识、新技术不断涌现。为了在传授理论知识的基础上,引入学科最新发现和最新科研成果,文章以引导学生研读“芦笋性别决定”相关文献为例,探讨了如何利用SCI论文充实和丰富教学内容、拓展学生视野,并尝试采用翻转课堂教学模式,提出了具体的教学方案,以期培养学生自主学习、分析和解决问题的能力,同时为促进教学改革,进一步提升教学质量提供有益参考。
Molecular biology is a major core course for the undergraduates in the field of life science.With the extraordinarily fast progress of researches on molecular biology,new knowledge and technologies appear continuously.In order to introduce the latest discoveries and scientific research achievements of molecular biology,we guided undergraduate students toread some scientific papers,which are related to about the sex determination of asparagus,on the basis of acquiring basic theoretical.We discussed how to enrich the course content and broaden students'vision by utilizing SCI papers,and proposed a detailed teaching plan with the application of flipped classroom method.Through these teaching explorations,we aim to develop students'abilities of self-learning,analyzing and solving problems.Besides,these explorations may provide a practical example for reforming undergraduate education and improving the teaching quality.
