摘要
目前,教师发展中心在提高教师的教学和科研等能力上有着显著的成效。文章通过构建综合性艺术院校教师专业发展的理论研究框架,结合教师发展中心职能定位和运行机制的有效研究,探索综合性艺术院校教师发展中心在助力教师专业发展中的发展现状及提升对策。
At present,the Teacher Development Center(TDC)has a remarkable effect on improving the teaching and research ability of teachers.In this paper,through the construction of a theoretical research framework for teachers'professional development in comprehensive art colleges,combined with the effective research on the functional positioning and operating mechanism of the teacher development center,explores the status quo of teachers'development center in comprehensive art colleges in the process of teachers'professional development and its countermeasures.
