摘要
The synthetic method and characterization of di(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)triphenyl antinony are reporledin this paper.This compound is prepared by reacting dihalotripheny-antimony with tribromophenol under defi-nite conditions and its yield is 70-80%.Relow 250℃,the product has good lhernal stability.It makes alavorable flame resisting effect on polyethylene.while the addition is ouly l0 Phr without using animeny1rioxide,the oxygen index of the polymer increases from 18.51o 26.5,and there are no adverse effects on themechanical properties of polyelhylene.
