创新蚕桑产业 弘扬蚕丝文化——谈江浙蚕桑产业振兴与蚕丝文化传承

Innovating Sericulture Industry and Promoting Silk Culture——Discuss on Revitalization of Sericulture Industry and Inheritance of Silk Culture in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province

蚕桑丝绸产业是蚕丝文化的载体,稳定蚕丝产业,筑牢产业根基,是传承创新蚕丝文化的前提。在当前科技、经济和社会快速发展的新时代,如何创新思路、稳定蚕桑产业,更好地继承发扬璀璨的中华蚕丝文化,是我们面临的重要课题。这里例举江浙的一些做法,并提出几点粗浅认识,以供同行商榷。一是通过强化产业顶层设计、稳定桑园面积和饲养数量、实施轻简化机械化工厂化养蚕、加强蚕业科技创新,稳定蚕桑丝绸产业发展;二是建设蚕桑丝绸特色小镇发展蚕丝文化旅游;三是从中小学生养蚕教育实践、大学生蚕丝文化研究与技术创新、蚕丝文化研究社团与蚕丝文化宣传等多角度,加强蚕丝文化教育与研究。

Sericulture and silk industry is the carrier of silk culture,so that stabilizing silk industry and building the silk industrial foundation is the premise of inheriting and innovating silk culture.In the new era of rapid development of science and technology,economy and society,an important subject that we are facing is how to innovate ideas and stabilize the sericulture industry,then better inherit and carry forward the bright Chinese silk culture.Here we listed several practices in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province,and put forward a few superficial understanding for peer discussion.The first one is to stabilize the development of sericulture by strengthening the top-level design of the industry,stabilizing the area of mulberry gardens and number of silkworm rearing,implementing light and simplified rearing techniques and mechanized factory sericulture,strengthening the scientific and technological innovation of sericulture,and stabilizing the development of sericulture.The second is to build sericulture characterized small towns to develop sericulture tourism;The third is to strengthen silk culture education and research from multiple angles by sericulture education practice from the primary and secondary school students,silk culture research and technological innovation of college students,construction of silk culture research community and silk culture propaganda.
